As a professional triathlete for over 15 years, body work has become a regular part of Caitlin’s maintenance routine. Along with foam-rolling, gentle stretching, and yoga, this has included weekly/bi-weekly massage treatment. The amazing benefits – both physical and emotional – that Caitlin has enjoyed through receiving massage piqued her desire to become a therapist herself.
Caitlin’s goal through massage therapy is to enable others to feel their best, not only while in the clinic, but day in and day out. She enjoys intertwining modalities to give each individual what they need. She loves learning and sharing knowledge regarding wellness and encourages her clients to do the same – to truly be curious about their health & well being.
Cait loves being outdoors – running, swimming, biking, hiking, camping, gardening, reading in a hammock – and spends much of her free time doing anything that involves movement and fresh air.

I’m just calling to say what a wonderful massage I had yesterday with Caitlin. It was my first time with her and my body feels TOTALLY different today in all good ways, and I really feel like I understand it better and how things are—that the problem area isn’t the problem area and the way that the interconnection happened. She was so intuitive and thoughtful and in touch in all she did and I felt so taken care of. So much appreciation to her and for you all for connecting me with her. Thanks!
