Linden graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 1997, and has been helping people feel better ever since. Her love for bodywork began with extensive training in Zen Shiatsu. Understanding the body’s physiology through meridian theory left a lasting impression, and she further learned Japanese bodywork with Dr. Jeffrey Dann, Lac.
Linden continued her study of the body with myofascial and manual therapies. She has applied this combination of techniques working with chiropractors, physical therapy offices, resort spas, a holistic retreat center, and in private practice. While living in Thailand and Myanmar for three years, Linden intensively trained in Thai massage. Asian modalities continue to deeply inform the way she views and works with the body.
Most recently, Linden completed a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy training here in Boulder from 2014 – 2017. These profound teachings have given Linden a fresh understanding of how to work with connective tissue and muscles by listening to the subtle rhythms of the nervous system.
In her down time, Linden loves to chase the sun while hiking on and off trail in the mountains of this gorgeous state. Cooking, friends, transformational coaching, traveling the earth, and furry animals bring her joy.

Linden comes to the massage every time with a vast knowledge of anatomy, soft tissue, and bodywork. Her years of experience come through so the receiver is relaxed, knowing s/he is in intelligent, intuitive hands. With her addition of craniosacral work, she truly has your comfort in mind.
Her work stays with me through the week. She is a great communicator on the table and quick to integrate feedback into your session. I always learn something new!
Linden is seriously skilled! I had been suffering from sciatica pain for months with multiple unsuccessful visits to chiropractor and other therapists. Linden found the trouble spot right away and after one session the pressure and discomfort was worked away. It was impressive.
