Nancy’s expertise is in looking at the body as a whole. With over 25 years of experience in physical therapies both as a Massage Therapist and Pilates instructor Nancy’s unique style of massage integrates various techniques to address the personal needs of each client.
Nancy has a firm and healing therapeutic touch and has worked in various medical and wellness settings. She also carries a license as a Physical Therapist Assistant and was a Pilates Teacher Trainer for 10 years. With all her knowledge and training, in addition to her treatments, she is able to educate her clients on self care to encourage their well being.
Nancy believes our bodies are meant to move and she works to facilitates the return of pain free movement. Her sessions are tailored to meet the varied needs of her clients from a reboot for the nervous system, specific injury treatment, pain relief, or increased mobility. She believes sessions can be relaxing, rejuvenating AND outcome based.
